Our studio apartment features a king size bed, full kitchen, bath with a stand-alone shower and both AC and Heat. Beautiful mountain views in a quiet neighborhood and a quick drive to restaurants and shops. Snowbowl is under 35 minute and The Grand Canyon is less than 1 hr. and 30-minute drive.

400 square foot studio with a king size bed, tv and desk. Kitchen includes fridge/freezer, oven/stove, dishwasher and microwave. Small bathroom with a stand-up shower, no bathtub.

Snow can occur making travel and access to the home challenging. Please be cautious and gracious as snow removal doesn’t happen immediately. Just a note, we do not allow pets.
